Effect of Helicobacter pylori infection on blood lipid metaboli

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection on blood lipid metaboli in healthy physical examination people.

Methods A total of 2035 healthy persons who underwent HP and blood lipid tests from August,2015 to May,2017 were collected.All the subjects were tested for HP and blood lipid indexes (including TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C).And relationship between HP infection and blood lipid metaboli was observed.

Results Among 2035 people,the positive rate of HP was 38.0%,the positive rate of HP in males was 42.9%,which was higher than that(35.4%) in females,difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In HP positive people,HDL-C level was (1.37±0.03)mmol/L,which was lower than that(1.41±0.02)mmol/L in HP negative people,and LDL-C level was (3.13±0.04)mmol/L,higher than that(3.08±0.05)mmol/L in HP negative people,difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The proportion of decrease of HDL-C and increase of LDL-C in HP positive people was 18.6% and 34.1%,respectively,higher than that in HP negative people which was 15.1% and 29.3%,respectively,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the TC and TG levels,and the proportion of increase of TC and TG between the HP positive people and the HP negative people(P>0.05).

Conclusion The incidence of HP infection in male with healthy physical examination is higher,and it is related to abnormal metaboli of blood lipids,especially with the decrease of HDL-C and the increase of LDL-C.

幽門螺杆菌(HP)与消化道溃疡、慢性胃炎、胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤等胃部疾病密切相关[1].有研究报道,HP是一种致癌物,它可诱发胃癌[2].近期有研究发现,HP感染在心血管病变、动脉粥样硬化等疾病发生过程中发挥重要作用[3].血脂异常是冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的独立影响因素,其中胆固醇,尤其是低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)升高是CHD发生和进展的前提[4].近年来,有研究发现,HP感染诱发CHD的机制可能是通过影响血脂代谢引起[5].然而,HP与血脂指标间的相关性目前报道较少.本研究对2035例体检人群的HP感染及血脂水平进行检测,分析HP感染对血脂代谢的影响.

1 对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

收集2015年8月至2017年5月在我院进行HP及血脂检测的健康体检者2035例,其中男720例,女1315例;年龄19~89(43.9±4.1)岁.上述体检者均无高血压、糖尿病、肝肾功能异常、血液病、内分泌疾病等疾患,排除近2个月进行HP治疗者.

1.2 方法

1.2.1 检测设备及试剂

HCBT-01型碳13呼气检测仪、碳13尿素呼气试验诊断试剂盒购自深圳市中核海做到威生物科技有限公司.总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Three acyl glycerol,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、LDL-C采用日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测,试剂盒购自为上海百傲科技有限公司.
