[摘 要] 目的 分析糖尿病对于乳腺癌患者外科手术的影响.方法 选择该院2015年7月—2017年7月收治的45例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者为观察组,另选取同期45例单纯乳腺癌患者为对照组,两组患者均进行改良根治术,记录分析两组患者术中出血量、术后引流时长、手术时间、住院时间、引流管留置时间及并发症情况.结果 观察组的术后引流时长、住院时间、引流管留置时间均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）,而术中出血量、手术时间虽高于对照组,但对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率为22.22%（10/45）,明显高于对照组的6.67%（3/45）,对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 糖尿病会增加乳腺癌的治疗难度,延长住院时间和引流时间,增加并发症的发生,因此,术前需控制空腹血糖水平,以确保手术效果,减少并发症的发生.

Research on Effect of Diabetes on the Surgical Operation of Breast Cancer Patients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of diabetes on the surgical operation of breast cancer patients. Methods 45 cases of patients with breast cancer and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the observation group, while 45 cases of patients with simple breast cancer at the same period were selected as the control group, and both groups were treated with modified radical surgery, and the intraoperative bleeding amount, postoperative drainage time, operation time, length of stay, drainage dwelling time and complications of the two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results The postoperative drainage time, length of stay and drainage dwelling time in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）, and the intraoperative bleeding amount and operation time were higher than those in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant（P>0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group[22.22%（10/45） vs 6.67%（3/45）], and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The diabetes can increase the treatment difficulty of breast cancer, prolong the length of stay and drainage time, and increase the occurrence of complications, therefore, we should control the fasting blood glucose level before surgery to ensure the operation effect and reduce the occurrence of complications.

糖尿病是一組以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,患者常出现严重的并发症,以心血管及神经病变、泌尿系统感染、肾病、眼病为常见,患者需要长期用药,严重影响着患者的健康和生活质量[1-2].该文选取2015年7月—2017年7月收治的90例患者为研究对象,旨在探讨糖尿病对于乳腺癌患者外科手术的影响,现报道如下.
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取该院收治的乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者45例为观察组,另选取同期45例单纯乳腺癌患者为对照组,观察组中年龄37～63岁,平均年龄（50.12±11.82）岁,病程6个月～3年,平均病程（1.57±1.39）年,临床分期：20例Ⅰ期,21例Ⅱ期,4例Ⅲ期；对照组年龄36～64岁,平均年龄（50.23±11.14）岁,病程8个月～4年,平均病程（2.43±1.76）年,临床分期：21例Ⅰ期,21例Ⅱ期,3例Ⅲ期；两组患者年龄、病程及病情分期方面比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,具有可比性.
