[摘 要] 目的 觀察痔点挑治适宜技术治疗内痔的临床疗效. 方法 通过适宜技术推广,对5家医院门诊的320例内痔患者,采用痔点挑治治疗.观察患者2周后复诊便血情况、有无挑治点感染等,统计临床疗效,应用统计学软件SPSS 19.0对结果进行分析. 结果 患者共治愈79例,好转180例,治疗总有效率为80.9%.便血症状积分由治疗前（3.21±0.95）分,降为治疗后（1.92±0.79）分（P<0.05）；便时肛门疼痛VAS评分由治疗前（3.17±1.60）分,降为治疗后（1.75±0.78）分（P<0.05）. 结论 痔点挑治适宜技术治疗内痔,简便易行,临床疗效确切,无明显不良反应发生,可作为适宜技术在临床推广.

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of appropriate technology for hemorrhoid point-pricking therapy in treating internal hemorrhoids. Methods 320 patients with internal hemorrhoids in 5 hospitals were treated with hemorrhoid point-pricking therapy, which was promoted through appropriate technology. Hemafecia and infection in hemorrhoid-pricking point were observed at subsequent visit after 2 weeks. Clinical curative effect was analysed statistically using SPSS 19.0 software. Results 79 cases were cured, 180 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 80.9%. The symptoms score of hemafecia was（3.21±0.95） before treatment and reduced to（1.92±0.79） after treatment（P<0.05）. VAS score of anal pain was（3.17±1.60） before treatment and reduced to（1.75±0.78） after treatment（P<0.05）. Conclusion Hemorrhoid point-pricking appropriate technology was simple and easy in treating internal haemorrhoids with clear clinical curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions, which can be promoted as an appropriate technology in clinic.
