[摘 要] 目的 分析161 496例0～2岁儿童智能筛查结果特征. 方法 回顾性分析2012年、2013年、2014年、2015年、2016年昌平区161 496例0～2岁儿童智能筛查情况,如筛查人数、筛查阳性率、神经心理发育迟缓率等,将所得数据输入统计学软件后给予相应分析并得出结论.结果 2012年昌平区接受智能筛查的0～2岁儿童数量最少,之后接受智能筛查的0～2岁儿童数量逐年上升（P<0.05）；2012年昌平区接受智能筛查的0～2岁儿童以本市户籍居多,之后该市、外埠0～2岁接受智能筛查的儿童数量比例逐渐缩小,到2016年外埠0～2岁儿童接受智能筛查数量反超该市（P<0.05）；2012年0～2岁儿童智能筛查阳性率及确诊神经心理发育迟缓率最高（P<0.05）；自2014年始,不同地域0～2岁儿童智能筛查阳性率及确诊神经心理发育迟缓率均较为稳定（P>0.05）.结论 对0～2岁儿童实施智能筛查具有重要的临床应用价值,可为临床医生准确掌握本地区儿童智能发育情况提供可靠依据.

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze of 161 496 cases of children aged 0 to 2 intelligence screening results characteristics. Methods The retrospectively analysis of intelligence screening status of 161 496 children aged 0 to 2 years in this city in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, such as the number of screening, the positive rate of screening, the rate of neuropsychological stunting, etc was carried out. The SPSS statistical software was used to give the appropriate analysis and draw conclusions. Results In 2012, the number of 0-2-year-old children undergoing mental screening in the city was the least. Afterwards, the number of 0 to 2-year-old children who received mental screening increased year by year （P<0.05）. In 2012, the number of children aged 0 to 2 accounted the majority of children in the city, the proportion of children aged 0 to 2 years receiving mental screening in this city and other cities gradually narrowed down. By 2016, the number of children aged 0 to 2 years receiving psychological tests overtook the city（P<0.05）； in 2012 the positive rates of intelligence screening and diagnosis of neuropsychological stunting in children aged 0 to 2 years were the highest（P<0.05）. From the beginning of 2014, the positive rates of intelligence screening and the diagnosis of neuropsychological stunting in 0 to 2 years old children in different regions were significantly stable（P>0.05）. Conclusion The intelligence screening of 0 to 2-year-old children has important clinical value, which can provide a reliable basis for clinicians to accurately grasp the intelligence development of children in this area.
