[摘 要] 目的 研究和分析在糖尿病肾病的诊断和检测过程中采用应用肾功能检验指标的临床意义.方法 随机选择2014年6月—2016年6月之间,选取在该院内科糖尿病肾病患者共51例以及且同期的健康志愿者共51名.对两组人群进行肾功能指标检验,并统计、分析和比较两组人员的临床检验情况和结果. 结果 临床统计显示,观察组与对照组的BUN值分别为（5.40±1.04）、（11.82±2.19）mmol/L、Scr值分别为（77.43±28.87）、（114.98±22.02）μmol/L以及mALBA值分别为（7.08±8.96）、（469.93±100.79） mg/L.观察组的临床检测结果均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 对糖尿病肾病患者进行肾功能指标检验,能够清晰、准确、有效的同健康人群进行区分,反映出患者的肾功能状况,因此它是一种科学、可靠、有效的糖尿病肾病临床检验方法.

Clinical Research on Renal Function Test Indexes of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical significance of renal function test indexes in diagnosis and test course of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 51 cases of patients with patients with diabetic nephropathy in the department of internal medicine in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 and 51 cases of healthy volunteers at the same period were randomly selected and the renal function indexes were tested and the clinical test and results of the two groups were counted, analyzed and compared. Results The clinical statistics showed that the BUN, Scr and mALBA values in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,[（5.40±1.04） mmol/L,（77.43±28.87） μmol/L, （7.08±8.96） mg/L vs （11.82±2.19）mmol/L,（114.98±22.02）μmol/L, 469.93±100.79）mg/L], and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion The renal function index test can clearly, accurately and effectively distinguish the patients with diabetic nephropathy from the healthy population, reflecting the renal function of patients, therefore, it is a scientific, reliable and effective clinical test method of diabetic nephropathy.

糖尿病,是目前內科临床上最为常见和多发的一种代谢性疾病,它的病理特点主要就是患者高血糖、胰岛素分泌过少以及胰岛素作用障碍等,其临床症状包括消瘦、多食、多尿、多饮等[1].糖尿病病情发展较为迅速,且不易治疗,目前尚没有彻底根治的有效方法,主要以控制为主.由于其病程时间较长,在治疗过程中就容易出现各种并发症,对患者的多种器官组织（包括肾、眼、心、肝、血管和神经等）都容易造成一定的损害和影响,而糖尿病肾病就是糖尿病患者病情发展过程中最为主要的一种并发症[2-3].该文随机选择2014年6月—2016年6月以来,该院内科门诊收治的51例糖尿病肾病患者（观察组）,同时,择取同时间段内入院进行体检的51名健康志愿者作为对照组,两组人员以同样的肾功能指标检验进行检查,对比两组患者的临床监测和结果,现报道如下.
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
随机抽取自2014年6月—2016年6月期间,该院内科门诊收治的51例糖尿病肾病患者（观察组）.患者的年龄大约在28～83岁,平均年龄大约在（51.2±5.4）岁；女性患者有22例,男性29例；病龄均为1～20年,平均值为（8.4±2.2）年；其中3例Ⅰ型糖尿病患者,48例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者；51名同期的对照组成员年龄大约在16～68岁,平均年龄（34.8±6.2）岁,其中女性20名,男性31名；一般资料上,两组患者差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.
