[摘 要] 在实习阶段内,因中医骨科涉及范围很广、且专业要求严,这就对带教医师以及采取的临床带教模式均有着较高的标准.当前影响中医骨科临床实习质量的关键因素包括中医骨科临床实习的存在周期短和内容多的特点,实习生面对就业问题存在很多利益冲突,效果不佳,且中医医患矛盾增加,学生实践机会较少.提出要提升中医骨科实习质量水平,必须提高带教老师的中医理论水平,确保骨科实习质量,注重增强实习生理论结合实践的水平,并重视建立和培养融洽的医患关系.参和中医骨科实习,对医学生今后能够胜任中医岗位有着很大的作用,它需要深入地了解中医骨伤科基本知识和相关的医疗常规,使掌握的中医理论能够很好的结合骨科操作,这样,才能扩展医学生的临床思路,并锻炼医学生实际操作能力和中医方面的辨证能力.

[Abstract] In the period of practice, because of the wide range of Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics, and strict professional requirements, which has a higher standard for the teaching and clinical teaching model. The key factors of TCM Department of orthopedics clinical practice quality of the impact is the existence of short cycle and content of the characteristics of clinical practice of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics, interns face employment problems there are many conflicts of interest, poor effect, and the traditional doctor-patient conflicts increase, less practice opportunities for students. To improve the quality level of TCM Department of orthopedics practice, must improve the teacher"s level of TCM theory, to ensure the quality of Department of orthopedics practice, pay attention to strengthening the intern theory and practice level, and the importance of establishing and cultivating harmonious doctor-patient relationship. In traditional Chinese medicine practice in Department of orthopedics, the future can have a great role for Chinese post medical students, it requires a deeper understanding of the basic knowledge of Traumatology and related medical practice, can be combined with the Department of orthopedics operation, make a good grasp of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to extend the clinical thinking of medical students, medical students and exercise ability of differentiation the actual operation ability and the traditional Chinese medicine.

中醫骨科学不但具有明显的实用性,还具有较强的实践性.所以,在中医骨科开展的实习带教中,应侧重于让医学生增强操作能力,并重视对中医理论的加深理解.在实习阶段内,因为中医骨科涉及范围很广、且专业要求严,这就对带教医师以及采取的临床带教模式均有着较高的标准[1].该文重点对中医骨科实习阶段内,如何提高中医医学生的实习质量进行深入的研讨,以期对中医临床学生的实习质量提高提供有益的借鉴.
1 当前影响中医骨科临床实习质量的关键因素
1.1 中医骨科临床实习的存在周期短和内容多的特点
目前,在中医骨伤科实习的周期一般是4周,在这个实习期间内,实习生往往很难以做到全面了解和熟悉该科室易发性疾病的诊治,也不能全面、规范地掌握骨伤科易发病和常见病的相关诊断和治疗理论[2].而对于许多医学生来讲,因为在解剖学和其他相关学科的知识方面存在局限,使其在短周期的实习之中,既不能增强实践操作能力,也不能巩固骨科基本知识,这样,就使中医骨科临床带教遇到极大的难题,效果也大打折扣.
