摘 要 近年来金钟藤在海南地区扩散蔓延成灾,已严重威胁着生物多样性和生态系统功能.为揭示本地有害植物金钟藤对土壤生态的影响机制,比较研究金钟藤与同属本地植物掌叶鱼黄草鲜枝叶不同浓度(0.5、0.25 、0.125、0 g/mL)的水浸液对土壤理化性质及3大类酶活性的影响.结果表明:随浓度的增加,金钟藤水浸液显著提高了土壤pH和土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、铵态氮、硝态氮、有效磷、速效钾的含量以及蔗糖酶、尿酶和磷酸酶的活性,但对土壤全钾含量没有显著影响;随浓度的增加,掌叶鱼黄草水浸液也显著提高了土壤有效养分的含量以及蔗糖酶和磷酸酶的活性,但对土壤全钾含量和尿酶活性影响不显著.与掌叶鱼黄草水浸液相比,金钟藤水浸液对土壤pH值、全磷、铵态氮、有效磷的含量和尿酶活性的影响更为显著,在最高浓度0.5 g/mL下,经金钟藤水浸液处理的土壤全磷、铵态氮、有效磷和尿酶含量分别是掌叶鱼黄草水浸液处理的1.13、1.52、1.31、2.19倍;在0.25 g/mL浓度下,分别是掌叶鱼黄草水浸液处理的1.06、1.51、1.26、1.88倍;在0.125 g/mL浓度下,分别是掌叶鱼黄草水浸液处理的1.07、1.64、1.23、1.39倍.土壤养分和酶活性的改善可能为金钟藤的生长提供有利条件,使做到其在与本地植物的竞争中获得优势,这可能是其能够成功入侵新区域和快速扩散蔓延的生态机制之一.

Abstract In recent years, the spread and explosion of Merremia boisiana in Hainan has significantly threatened biodiversity and ecosystem functioning. The influence of different concentration of aqueous extracts of M. boisiana and M. itifolia on soil chemical properties and three categories of enzyme activities was analyzed and compared for exploring the impacts of native harmful plant M. boisiana on soil ecology. The results showed that with the increase in the concentration,the aqueous extracts of M. boisiana increased the soil pH,soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,ailable phosphorus,ailable potassium content and the activities of sucrase,urease and phosphatase,but did not affect total potassium content. With the increase in the concentration,the aqueous extracts of M. vitifolia also increased the content of soil ailable nutrients and the activities of sucrase and phosphatase,but had no significant effect on soil total potassium content and the activity of urease. Compared with the aqueous extracts of M. vitifolia,the aqueous extracts of M.boisiana had more significant effects on soil pH,total phosphorus,ammonium nitrogen,ailable phosphorus content and the activities of urease. At the highest concentration(0.5 g/mL),total phosphorus,ammonium nitrogen,ailable phosphorus, and urease content in soil with the aqueous extracts of Merremia boisiana were 1.13,1.52,1.31 and 2.19 times of those in soil with the aqueous extracts of Merremia vitifolia. At the concentration of 0.25 g/mL,total phosphorus ammonium nitrogen,ailable phosphorus, and urease content in soil with the aqueous extracts of Merremia boisiana were 1.06,1.51,1.26 and 1.88 times of those in soil with the aqueous extracts of Merremia vitifolia. At the concentration of 0.125 g/mL total phosphorus,ammonium nitrogen,ailable phosphorus,and urease content in soil with the aqueous extracts of Merremia boisiana were 1.07,1.64,1.23 and 1.39 times of those in soil with the aqueous extracts of Merremia vitifolia. The improvement of soil nutrients may provide forable conditions for the growth of M. boisiana and it could also promote its advantage when competing with native plants.
