[摘 要] 目的 探讨0～3岁婴幼儿发育状况实施丹佛发育筛查法评价的应用效果. 方法 方便选取该院2016年9月—2017年9月间实施健康体检的300例0～3岁婴幼儿实施观察研究,对所有婴幼儿均采取丹佛发育筛查法评价婴幼儿发育状况,并分析总结出0～3岁婴幼儿发育状况的影响因素.结果 300例婴幼儿实施丹佛发育筛查法测试结果为：正常266例,可疑23例,异常11例,无法测定0例.检出可疑+异常检出率为11.3%.丹佛发育筛查法测试发育可疑+异常患儿病因中,功能性障碍占有率最高,达38.2%,缺氧其次,占17.6%,4例婴幼儿无明显病史.丹佛发育筛查法测试发育可疑+异常婴幼儿母乳喂养发生率、家长文化程度高中及以上发生率、头围发育状况<正常中位值发生率较发育正常婴幼儿更低（P<0.05）.结论 0～3岁婴幼儿实施丹佛发育筛查法评价发育状况效果显著,临床可根据婴幼儿发育影响因素及病因实施早期干预,预防智力低下发生.

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the application effect of Denver Developmental Screening method on the development status of 0 to 3 years old infants. Methods 300 cases of 0 to 3 years old infants taking health examination in department of pediatric from September 2016 to September 2017 were convenient selected to implement observational studies and all infants’s development were evaluated by Denver Developmental Screening method, and the factors influencing the development status of children aged 0 to 3 were analyzed. Results 300 infants were tested by Denver developmental screening method： 266 cases were normal, 23 cases were suspicious, 11 cases were abnormal, and 0 cases could not be measured. The detection rate of suspicious and abnormal was 11.3%. The pathogen of suspicious and abnormal in Denver Developmental Screening test, the proportion of functional disorders was the highest, accounting for 38.2%, followed by hypoxia, accounting for 17.6%, and 4 infants had no obvious history. Denver Developmental Screening test development of suspicious breast feeding of infants and abnormal incidence, educational level of parents of high school and above incidence, head circumference development status < normal median incidence was lower than normal infants （P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect Denver Development Screening method to evaluate the development status of 0 to 3 years old infants is significant, and clinical early intervention can be taken according to influential factors and causes of infant development to prevent mental retardation.

智力低下即智力障礙、智力缺陷,是指因大脑器质性损害、脑发育不完全引起的认识活动持续障碍、心理活动障碍的状况.婴幼儿智力低下的发生不仅影响婴幼儿正常生长发育,还给社会及家庭发展带来极大负担.及时了解婴幼儿智力发育状况,及早诊断及治疗智力低下患儿是儿童保健的重要内容.丹佛发育筛查法（Denver Development Screen Test,DDST）是当前临床实施儿童发育状况筛查的重要方式[1].目前丹佛发育筛查法在该科儿童发育状况检测中运用越来越多.为进一步了解丹佛发育筛查法的运用效果,该院对2016年9月—2017年9月间实施健康体检的300例0～3岁婴幼儿发育状况评价中运用了丹佛发育筛查法,并对0～3岁婴幼儿发育状况影响因素及预防措施实施了总结,以期为婴幼儿智力低下的预防提供更多参考,现报道如下.
