[摘 要] 目的 探討外固定架和传统固定法对骨科创伤肘关节功能的影响意义.方法 随机选取该院2014年10月—2016年2月收治的100例骨科创伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,对照组行传统固定法,实验组行外固定架法,然后对比两组患者手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间、伤口愈合时间、肘关节功能恢复优良率、Mayo评分、关节屈伸度等情况.结果 实验组出血量（101.2±18.5）mL比对照组的（183.4±49.7）mL少,且实验组手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,实验组优于对照组（P<0.05）.实验组患者肘关节功能恢复优良率98%高于对照组的78%（P<0.05）.治疗前两组患者Mayo评分、关节屈伸度比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗后,两组患者Mayo评分、关节屈伸度均有所改善,且实验组Mayo评分为（97.5±3.1）分、关节屈伸度为（95.4±2.5）°均优于对照组的（83.1±2.7）分、（78.9±2.2）°,两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 救治骨科创伤肘关节功能患者采用外固定架法效果较为显著,不但能改善患者临床疗效,还能提升其优良率,值得推广.

The Effect of External Fixator and Traditional Fixation on the Function of Elbow Joint in Orthopedic Trauma

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect and significance of external fixation and traditional fixation on the orthopedic trauma elbow joint function. Methods Random selection 100 cases of patients with orthopedic trauma admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional fixation, while the experimental group adopted the external fixation, and then the operation bleeding amount, operation time, length of stay, wound healing time, elbow joint function recovery excellent and good rate, Mayo score and flexion and extension degree of joints were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding amount in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, [（101.2±18.5）mL vs （183.4±49.7）mL], and the operation time, length of stay and healing time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）, and the elbow joint function recovery excellent and good rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,（98% vs 78%）（P<0.05）, and there were no obvious differences in the Mayo score and flexion and extension degree of joints between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）, after treatment, the Mayo score and flexion and extension degree of joints of the two groups were improved（P>0.05）, and the Mayo score and flexion and extension degree of joints in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, [（97.5±3.1）points, （95.4±2.5）° vs （83.1±2.7）points, （78.9±2.2）°], and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of external fixation in treatment of patients with orthopedic trauma elbow joint function is obvious, which can not only improve the clinical curative effect but also improve the excellent and good rate, and it is worth promotion.
