【摘 要】 目的 研究分析心血管内科护理工作中应用优质护理模式的效果.方法 100例心血管内科患者, 随机为实验组和对照组, 各50例.实验组患者实施优质护理模式, 对照组患者实施常规护理.比较两组患者的疾病恢复效果、护理满意度以及生活质量.结果 实验组患者护理满意度为92.0%, 明显高于对照组的30.0%, 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.实验组患者疾病恢复效果优于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.护理后, 实验组患者生活质量优于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 优质护理模式在心血管内科护理的应用, 显著来改善患者生活, 治疗效果也明显增强, 同时使患者得到满意的服务, 也提升了护理总体效果, 值得临床推广.

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the effect of high quality nursing mode in nursing care of internal medicine-cardiovascular. Methods A total of 100 internal medicine-cardiovascular patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group received high quality nursing mode, and the control group received conventional nursing. Comparison were made on effect of disease recovery, nursing satiaction and quality of life between two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously higher nursing satiaction degree as 92.0% than 30.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The experimental group had better effect of disease recovery than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After nursing, the experimental group had better quality of life than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing mode in internal medicine-cardiovascular can significantly improve patients’ life and enhance treatment effect, while the patients are satisfied with the service, but also enhance the overall nursing effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

心血管內科是一个护理难度较大的科室, 其患者疾病具有危险性高、病期较长且疾病难治的特点, 如心力衰竭、心肌梗死等.患者在住院期间会出现很多问题, 尤其是心理方面的问题[1, 2].优质护理模式除了基于疾病护理, 还基于患者的心理问题, 以患者为本, 从患者身心方面进行全面护理, 使患者从身心等方面得到满意护理.
1 资料与方法
1. 1 一般资料 选取本院2015年2月～2017年3月收治的100例心血管内科患者, 随机分成实验组和对照组, 各50例.
实验组男女比例19：6, 年龄39～60岁, 其中心力衰竭8例、心肌梗死15例、高血压19例、心肌炎8例.对照组男女比例3∶2, 年龄40～58岁, 其中高血压25例, 心力衰竭8例,
心肌梗死6例, 心肌炎11例.两组病程均为6～12个月.两组患者性别、年龄等一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）, 具有可比性.
1. 2 方法 实验组患者采用优质护理模式进行护理, 对照组仅给予常规护理.常规护理包括正确的用药指导、正确的治疗设备使用指导、关注患者病情并反馈和患者注意事项宣教等.优质护理模式则包括病房环境护理、患者心理护理、患者生理护理和患者家属宣教4方面.
