摘 要：伴随伟大祖国科技的快速发展,机械制造行业生产了大量的大型高端施工机械设备,使我国机械行业从中国制造到中国创造,从跟随到领跑.我国的施工企业在基本建设领域逐步占领世界市场.施工机械设备在工程施工中扮演着越来越重要的角色,对于企业来说,工程机械设备的管理与维修问题越来越重要,是企业运行的一个十分重要的环节,这关系到企业工程施工的正常运行,整个企业工作的质量和效率,以及企业的经济效益.因此,企业应制定相应的规范,加大对工程设备的管理,对于使用过的机械设备要勤于检查,避免在机械设备使用时出现问题,保证工程机械设备的正常的使用.下面作者就在工程机械设备中出现的问题加以总结,并针对这些问题,对企业今后的机械设备管理维修方面提出建议.希望能够延长企业机械设备的寿命,增大企业的工作效率,给企业带来更大的经济效益.

Abstract： With the rapid development of science and technology in the great motherland, the machinery manufacturing industry has produced a large number of large-scale high-end construction machinery and equipment, which makes the machinery industry of our country from made in China to create in China, from follow to lead. Chinese construction enterprises gradually occupy the world market in the field of capital construction. Construction machinery and equipment play a more and more important role in engineering construction. For enterprises, the management and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment are becoming more and more important, which is a very important link in the operation of enterprises. This is related to the normal operation of enterprise engineering construction, the quality and efficiency of the whole enterprise work, as well as the economic benefits of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise should formulate the corresponding norms, increase the management of the engineering equipment, should be diligent in inspection of the used machinery and equipment, to oid problems in the use of machinery and equipment, to ensure the normal use of construction machinery and equipment. Next, the paper summarizes the problems in the construction machinery and equipment； and in view of these problems, suggestions are put forward for the future management and maintenance of the enterprise machinery and equipment. We hope to prolong the life of the enterprise machinery and equipment, increase the working efficiency of the enterprise, and bring greater economic benefits to the enterprise.

1 大型施工机械设备的管理与应用是企业的头等大事
一个企业的施工设备是企业水平的标志,一台专用大型设备就是企业进入重要工程领域的通行证,有一台满足要求的盾构机是企业参与地铁盾构施工的通行证,没有它是不可能进入竞争激烈的盾构工程市场的.一些重要的施工设备与工程项目的关联性已经成为企业进入市场的通行证,已经形成一一对应的关系、比如爬升动臂塔吊与超高层建筑、盾构机与盾构隧道、运架一体机与高铁桥梁、沥青拌合站与高速公路路面工程、大型浮吊与水上工程等.设备的管理与运行水平关系到企业在竞争中的定位,关系到企业的存亡,是至关重要的,是企业发展的头等大事.
2 企业工程机械设备管理的重要性
（1）大型设备的价值高,一台大型设备的投入关乎企业的生死存亡.（2）大型設备的使用专业性强,没有对应的大型的工程项目将无用武之地.（3）大型设备的技术先进,融合现代先进机械制造、计算机控制、人工智能等新兴领域,其操作、维护、管理的专业性强,它的使用、管理本身就是一项高科技含量的工作.
