摘 要:本文从执教过的短暂课堂实录剖析问题:打破传统的“教师独白”,走向教师与学生的“对话”.结合教学案例,从三个方面论述:对话教学的落实取决于教师对这种新型教学观念的理解和掌握;把学习的主动权交还给学生、建立合作式学习,是对话教学的存在必然;尊重学生,建立平等、、安全、愉悦的课堂是对话教学的发展趋势.

一、对话教学的提出
在传统教学中,教师习惯性地满足于“讲授”而剥夺了学生发表意见的机会,教学中只有教师的“独白”,而几乎没有学生的声音,没有学生与教师的“对话”,也就没有了学生思维的主動发展.为思维而教的教学方式必须打破传统的“教师独白”,走向教师与学生的“对话”,即“独白教学”走向“对话教学”.
那么如何实施对话教学,打造师生互动,心灵对话的初中英语高效课堂呢?本人是初中英语教师,结合教学实践中的案例,谈谈个人看法.
二、对话教学的实施
(一)对话教学的落实取决于教师对这种新型教学观念的理解和掌握
首先来看一幕笔者曾执教的短暂课堂实录(开小火车形式,一个个迅速提问):
NSE 8A Module10 Lao She Teahouse
Unit2 It takes place in a teahouse.
T: Let’s revise something about Unit2.
When and where was Lao She born?
S1: He was born in Beijing in 1899.
T: Right. And When did Lao She write Teahouse ?
S2: He wrote Teahouse in 1950.
T: Wrong. One, two, three, together(示意全体回答)
Ss: He wrote Teahouse in 1957.
T: OK. Next(示意下一位学生),What does the play show?
S3: The play shows Lao She’s life.
T: You are wrong. Next, do you know?
S4: It shows the audience’s life in China between 1898 and 1945.
T: Right. Next(示意下一位学生), What was he named?
S5: He was named a “People’s Artist” and等等(该生停顿了)
T: Please, sit down. One, two, three, together(示意全体回答)
Ss: And a “Chinese Master of Language”.
这是一段复习提问,目的是检查学生对人民作家(Lao She)档案的识记情况,能否用英语准确流利的回答.所有问题都是笔者提出的,并且都导向确定的个人事实的回忆,答案没有争议,笔者很自然地对学生的应答作“对”、“错”二元判断.这根本不存在什么新知的建构,只是对原有知识的再现.当然,这样的教学并不是没有积极意义的,它可以促使学生处于比较积极的听课状态,也使教师能够及时发现学生英语知识掌握中的疏漏.
案例一:NSE 8b Module1 Unit2 Hobbies can make you grow as a person.
在最后输出活动中,我设置了小组任务:What makes a writer? What makes an inventor? What makes a scientist? What makes a millionaire? What makes a film star? In class , One of groups say: “We all want to be superstars. So we he discussed what makes a superstar.”我紧接着问:OK! Why do you want to be superstars? 本组学生回答:Because superstars can make a lot of money and make us famous. So our life will be colorful and worthy. 我点了点头:“OK! Could you tell me what makes a superstar?”We think :“Good looking. Be healthy. Be younger等.”最后我说:“ I hope you will be superstars in the future. But whatever you want to be,now as a student, you must study hard. Because work must come fir
如果教师并未充分认识对话教学的实质,简单地理解为只要教师提问,学生回答就是对话教学,而不考虑是否真正启动、激发了学生的思维,是否体现了追问和启发的精神.那么教师就只是为了营造一种师生“互动”的课堂教学氛围而专门提问一些事实性的、记忆性的,却根本无须调动学生思维的问题.表面上看去整个课堂是热热闹闹,而事实上只是为问而问,学生的思维活动并没有真正展开,也就是无实际意义的“对话”.
