[摘 要] 目的 对以人为本的理念在精神科护理工作中的应用效果进行评价.方法 方便选取该院精神科2014年1月—2016年12月收治的84例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组42例患者行常规护理,观察组42例患者采用以人为本的理念进行护理,对比两组患者的康复效果、护理满意度及精神状态评分.结果 对照组护理后兴趣爱好、社交能力、生活能力及个人卫生四方面评分分别为（2.67±0.65）分、（2.95±0.47）分、（2.34±0.51）分、（2.12±0.37）分,观察组为（1.53±0.29）分、（1.50±0.39）分、（1.42±0.28）分、（1.66±0.36）分,观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）.观察组护理满意度为92.86%,明显高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.观察组护理后GAS分为（5.28±1.44）分,对照组为（9.06±2.33）分,观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）. 结论 对精神科患者开展以人为本理念的护理有利于提高护理质量,改善患者病情,密切护患关系,在临床上值得推广应用.

Evaluation on Application Effect of People-oriented Idea in the Nursing Work in the Department of Psychiatry

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the application effect of people-oriented idea in the nursing work in the department of psychiatry. Methods 84 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the routine nursing and people-based concept, and the recovery effect, nursing satisfactory degree and mental state scores of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the interest, social ability, living ability and personal health cores in the control group and in the observation group were respectively（2.67±0.65）points,（2.95±0.47）points,（2.34±0.51）points,（2.12±0.37）points and（1.53±0.29）points,（1.50±0.39）points,（1.42±0.28）points,（1.66±0.36）points, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92.86% vs 80.95%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）, and the GAS score after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[（5.28±1.44）points vs （9.06±2.33）points]（P<0.05）. Conclusion The people-based concept in patients in the department of psychiatry can be conducive to improving the nursing quality, improving the diseases and making the medical relationship closer, and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.

精神科患者臨床症状主要为心理、行为等出现紊乱,思维缺乏逻辑,属于心理和精神疾病[1].研究显示[2],精神疾病多由遗传或家庭环境等因素引起,导致神经功能异常.精神疾病患者属于弱势群体,因此对护理的要求更高[3].为了进一步对精神科护理进行分析探讨,笔者对该院精神科2014年1月—2016年12月收治的84例患者进行随机对照研究,现报道如下.
