[摘 要] 目的 探讨温针灸治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果.方法 该次实验对象为2014年9月—2016年该院收治的气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者共84例,依照就诊时间先后将84例患者随机分为实验组和对照组做分析,每组42例,对照组患者使用常规胰岛素加降糖药物治疗,实验组患者使用温针灸治疗,疗程结束后比较两组患者疗效,空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、甘油三酯和总胆固醇等指标改善情况. 结果 比较两组患者最终疗效,实验组显著优于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义 （P<0.05）.同时检测两组患者各项指标,实验组控制效果也明显优于对照组（P<0.05）.结论 温针灸治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效明显,能有效缓解患者多种临床症状,且治疗期间不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床推广.

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Needle Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of Peripheral Neuropathy of Diabetes in Blood Stasis due to Qi Deficiency

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion in treatment of peripheral neuropathy of diabetes in blood stasis due to qi deficiency. Methods 84 cases of patients with peripheral neuropathy of diabetes in blood stasis due to qi deficiency admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine insulin and hypoglycemic agents, while the experimental group were treated with needle warming moxibustion, and the curative effect, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol total were compared between the two groups at the end of treatment course. Results The final curative effect was compared between the two groups, and the final curative effect in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious（P<0.05）, and various indicators were compared between the two groups, and the control effect in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of needle warming moxibustion in treatment of peripheral neuropathy of diabetes in blood stasis due to qi deficiency is obvious, which can effectively relive various clinical symptoms with few adverse reactions during treatment, and high safety, and it is worth clinical promotion.

糖尿病周圍神经病变是一种较为常见的糖尿病合并症,患者症状主要表现为部分肢体反射、感觉减弱或消失,部分患者还会出现针刺、火烤、电击样疼痛,对患者身心健康和生活质量影响较严重.长期未得到有效治疗,致残概率较高[1].该疾病诱发因素多且复杂,治疗难度较大,且疗程较长,目前临床上多使用西药治疗,治疗效果并不理想,该次研究中实验组患者使用温针灸治疗,取得了较为显著的效果,现报道如下.
