[摘 要]降低企业融资成本,促进实体经济发展是供给侧结构性改革的主要目标之一.目前我国金融“脱实向虚”现象比较严重,在实施供给侧结构性改革的大背景下,应充分认识金融业支持实体经济发展的效率问题,积极提升金融业支持实体经济发展的有效性.青岛是我国重要的区域经济和金融中心城市,因此以青岛市为实证展开研究.选取人均国民生产总值、城镇居民人均可支配收入、产业优化度作为实体经济发展的衡量指标,金融相关比率、金融系统效率及实际利率作为金融业发展的衡量指标,基于2000—2015年青岛市相关数据进行时间序列分析.实证研究结果显示,从长期来看,金融业对实体经济发展存在推动作用,但有效性需要进一步提升.

The effective study on Qingdao’s financial industry supporting the development of real economy in the context of supply-side structural reform

Abstract：Reducing the cost of financing to promote the development of the real economy is one of the main objectives in the structural reform of the supply-side. At present, the phenomenon in the financial industry of breaking away from the real economy to virtual economy is serious in China. Thus, in the context of the implementation of supply-side reform, we should fully understand the efficiency question of financial industry supporting the development of real economy, and actively enhance the effectiveness of the financial sector to support the real economy. As Qingdao is an important regional economic and financial center in China, this paper takes Qingdao as an example, and selects the per capita gross national product, urban per capita disposable income, and agricultural optimization as the measurement indexes of the development of real economy, and selects the financial correlation ratio, the financial system efficiency and the real interest rate as the indicators of financial development. Based on the relevant data of 2000-2015 in Qingdao, the empirical analysis shows that the financial development can promote the growth of the real economy, but the effectiveness needs to be further improved in the long run.

實体经济是现代社会繁荣和进步的物质基础,金融业支持对实体经济良性发展至关重要；反之,若金融业发展和实体经济发展脱节,则会引起社会资本的“脱实向虚”.目前国内外市场需求锐减,中小企业融资难、融资贵以及“以钱炒钱”现象日趋明显.降低企业融资成本,促进实体经济发展是当前供给侧结构性改革的主要目标之一.
近年来青岛市实体经济飞速发展,但金融支持政策执行不到位、信贷资金投向不够合理、金融业支持中小企业乏力等问题也日渐凸显.本文在梳理金融业发展和实体经济发展相关研究及青岛市金融业和实体经济发展现状的基础上,合理选取金融业发展和经济发展相关指标,利用格兰杰因果、协整检验等方法,对青岛市金融业支持实体经济发展的有效性进行实证研究,并基于研究结论,提出相应的对策建议.
