[摘 要] 目的 探讨分析糖尿病肾病使用中西结合治疗方式的临床效果,为该疾病临床治疗提供参考. 方法 根据2015年1月—2016年1月该院接收的66例糖尿病肾病患者来分析研究,将患者分成对照组和观察组,均有33例,对照组使用西医西药治疗,观察组使用中药和西药治疗,对两组患者的治疗前后肾功能指标,血流动力学指标进行比较分析. 结果 经过治疗,观察组患者的临床治疗有效率比对照组高,观察组为90.9%,对照组为72.7%,两组结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.观察组患者的肾功能指标比治疗前明显下降,观察组各项指标比对照组低,结果差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）.观察组患者接受治疗后,血流动力学指标比治疗前顯著下降,低于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 糖尿病肾病使用中西结合治疗方式的效果比单纯西医治疗要优秀,联合使用能保护患者的肾功能,改善血流动力学,临床可以推广使用.

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate and analyze the clinical effect of integrated TCM and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease. Methods 66 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy from January 2015 to January 2016 in this hospital were analyzed and divided into the control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group adopted western medicine treatment, the observation group adopted the integrated TCM and western medicine therapy, and renal function indexes and hemodynamic indexes of both groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, with 90.9% and 72.7% respectively, so there was statistically significant difference between these two groups （P<0.05）. The renal function index of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before, and other indexes in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The hemodynamic indexes of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment, and it was lower than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the integrated TCM and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy is higher than that of the western medicine alone, and it can protect the renal function of patients and improve their hemodynamics. It is worth clinical popularization.
