〔摘 要〕[目的意义]本文基于学术迹和学术矩阵的学术测度测算国内航空、航天领域期刊的学术矩阵参数和学术迹,实证探索研究期刊评价的可行性和有效性,为学术迹和学术矩阵学术测度方法对期刊各类学术成就进行量化评估,充分展现期刊整体学术水平提供了一种更为行之有效的方法,提高并深化了学术评价的直观性和全面性.[方法过程]以国内航空、航天领域的10种核心科研期刊为研究对象,以CNKI数据库为数据来源,采集10种期刊的可被引论文数、零引论文数、h 指数、总被引数和 h 域引文数5 个独立数,基于学术迹和学术矩阵的学术测度测算它们的学术矩阵参数和学术迹,实证探索研究期刊评价的可行性和有效性.[结果结论]通过学术迹的动态变化趋势比较发现它们的学术迹整体呈发散状走势,有效学术贡献的累积期至少需要2~3年;学术矩阵的各项指标能够在一定程度上诠释期刊之间差异产生的原因,并主要从总学术贡献、发文的即时关注度、学术潜力爆发期和整体发文水平等方面对期刊学术成就差异进行总结.这对于学术期刊提升自身学术水平及科研影响力起到了客观且正确的敦促作用.

〔Abstract〕[Purpose Significance]This paper studied the academic trace and academic matrix of domestic aerospace journals and empirically explored the feasibility and effectiveness of journal evaluation.The method based on academic trace and academic matrix could quantitatively evaluate all kinds of academic achieve-ments of the journals,and at the same time improve the intuition and the comprehensiveness of the evaluation.[Method process]10 representative domestic core journals as the data source in CNKI were choosed in the field of aerospace as the research objects,this paper attempted to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of academic measure method based on academic trace and academic ma-trix applied to journal evaluation.The paper collected data from 10 journals,including the number of cited papers,zero cited papers,h-index,total citation and citation of h-domain.On the basis of the 5 independent numbers,the paper calculated the academic matrix parameters and the academic trace.[Results conclusions]Through a dynamic comparison of the academic traces among the 10 journals,the paper found that the movements of academic trace were divergent and the period of the effective academic contribution accumulation is 2-3 years.To a certain extent,the indicators in academic matrix could explain the reasons which cause the differences between 10 journals.And the paper summaried the differences from 4 aspects,including total academic contribution,the overall paper level,the immediate attention by peers,and the outbreak period of academic potential.This enhanced academic journals academic level and scientific research influence and played an objective and correct urge effect.

隨着时间的推移和网络信息化的高速发展,科研学术文献的累积量越来越大,有效、客观、全面地评价衡量科研期刊的学术影响力、深化学术评价研究、测度期刊整体学术水平逐渐成为各个专家、学者高度关注和探究的复杂课题.学术迹和学术矩阵测度评价期刊影响力及学术绩效应运而生[1-3].学术迹T作为h指数[4]和I3[5]的综合和其矩阵突破了原有学术评价框架(基于引文分析且以影响因子、h指数为主的均值测度)构成了联系学术期刊发文分布和引文分布的新测度,全面地涵盖了学术期刊的科研信息.
