【摘 要】 目的 探究視网膜脱离术后俯卧位患者出现球结膜水肿的护理要点.方法 130例视网膜脱离患者作为研究对象, 均接受手术治疗, 术后采取俯卧位, 出现球结膜水肿, 根据护理方法的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组, 各65例.对照组患者给予常规护理, 观察组患者给予优质护理, 对比分析两组患者的护理效果.结果 两组患者护理前焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分对比, 差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；经护理术后1、7 d, 观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.观察组患者球结膜水肿症状缓解时间为（34.0±7.5）h, 明显短于对照组的（46.1±13.2）h,
差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.观察组患者护理满意度评分为（96.8±10.3）分, 明显高于对照组的（89.5±11.5）分, 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 视网膜脱离术后俯卧位球结膜水肿患者采用优质护理有助于促进水肿症状的缓解, 减轻患者的心理负担, 促进术后的康复, 值得推广应用.

Experience of nursing for chemosis in patients in postoperative prone position of retinal detachment LUO Hui-hong. Department of Ophthalmology, Huizhou City Central People’s Hospital, Huizhou 516001, China
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate key points in nursing for chemosis in patients in postoperative prone position of retinal detachment. Methods A total of 130 patients with retinal detachment as study subjects all received operation for treatment and took postoperative prone position, and all patients had chemosis. They were divided by different nursing measures into observation group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received high quality nursing. Comparison was made on nursing effects between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） scores between the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）. In 1, 7 d after nursing, the observation group had obviously lower SAS and SDS scores than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. The observation group had obviously shorter chemosis remission time as （34.0±7.5） d than （46.1±13.2） h in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. The observation group had much higher nursing satisfaction score as （96.8±10.3） points than （89.5±11.5） points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Implement of high quality nursing for chemosis in patients in postoperative prone position of retinal detachment is helpful to accelerate r chemosis remission, reduce psychological burden in patients, and enhance postoperative rehabilitation. This method is worth promoting and applying.
