[摘 要] 目的 探究在内科临床护理教学中培养实习生人文关怀能力的作用和实践方式.方法 选取2016年6月—2017年6月在该院实习的120名内科临床护理实习生,随机分为参照组(60名,传统教学方式)和观察组(60名,传统教学方式+培养人文关怀能力教学方式).对比教学前后不同组别实习生人文关怀能力、人文关怀考试成绩、对教学方式的满意度.结果 教学前,不同组别实习生关怀能力量表(CAI)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后均有所提升(P<0.05),但观察组明显比参照组高(P<0.05);观察组人文关怀考试成绩明显比参照组高(P<0.05);患者对观察组实习生护理服务满意度明显比参照组高(P<0.05).结论 在内科临床护理教学中培养实习生人文关怀能力可提升實习生人文关怀能力与人文关怀考试成绩、患者护理满意度.

Practice of Training the Humanistic Care Ability of Interns in the Nursing Teaching in the Department of Intern Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect and practice method of training the humanistic care ability of interns in the nursing teaching in the department of intern medicine. Methods 120 cases of clinical nursing interns from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group used the traditional teaching method and training the humanistic care ability, and the humanistic care ability, humanistic care examination score and satisfactory degree to teaching method were compared before and after teaching. Results Before teaching, the difference in the CAI score between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05), after teaching, the CAI score increased(P<0.05), but the improvement degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the humanistic care examination score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the satisfactory degree to the nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The training the humanistic care ability of interns in the nursing teaching in the department of intern medicine can improve the humanistic care ability and humanistic care examination score of interns and nursing satisfactory degree of patients.

在生活质量不断提升、医学模式不断改变的背景下,越来越多的人认为医学是将医学科学和人文科学结合到一起的学科,具有很强的综合性,并且将人文关怀作为本质[1].使用适用、有效的教学方式提升实习生的人文关怀能力在医学教学中受到广泛的关注.该次研究将于2016年6月—2017年6月在该院实习的120名内科临床护理实习生作为研究对象,探究在内科临床护理教学中培养实习生人文关怀能力的作用和实践方式.报道如下.

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

从该院内科临床护理教学实习的护生中抽取120名,随机分为参照组和观察组.参照组60名,其中男性和女性分别2名、58名,最小、最大年龄分别18岁、22岁,平均年龄为(20.3±0.6)岁;观察组60名,其中男性和女性分别1名、59名,最小、最大年龄分别18岁、21岁,平均年龄为(20.2±0.5)岁.两组实习生在性别、年龄等资料上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).
