[摘 要] 目的 探讨心理护理措施应用在骨外伤急诊患者中的临床疗效,并分析其对患者治疗的影响.方法 回顾性分析该院2013年9月—2015年7月急诊所收治的114例骨外伤患者的临床资料,对所有患者进行分组实验,按照就诊时间不同进行分组,研究组和对照组各57例,对照组进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上进行心理护理干预措施,对 析两组患者疼痛等级、心理预期康复情况以及住院時间,并比较两组临床效果.结果 研究组患者的临床总有效率为96.49%,明显高于对照组77.19%,治疗后,研究组疼痛等级Ⅰ级人数为36例,对照组则为23例,研究组心理预期康复效果高的人数为36例,效果低3例,对照组心理预期康复效果高的人数为20例,效果低16例,且研究组在治疗前后的疼痛等级和心理康复预期表明显著优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者在住院时间方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.结论 心理护理措施应用在骨外伤急诊患者中的临床效果明显,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛,提高医务工作者的临床实践能力,提高患者的生活质量,不失为一种有效的护理手段.

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Treatment of Emergency Patients with Bone Trauma

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing measures in patients with emergency trauma of bone trauma and to analyze their impact on patients’ treatment. Methods The clinical data of 114 patients with traumatic trauma were retrospectively analyzed in this hospital from September 2013 to July 2015. All patients were divided into two groups according to the different time of treatment. The study group and the control group had 57 cases, the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The study group was treated with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The pain grade, psychological recovery and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.49%, higher than that of the control group 77.19%, after treatment, the study group of pain grade Ⅰ level of 36 cases, the control group was 23 cases, in the study group, the number of people with high psychological recovery expectation was 36 cases, the low effect was in 3 cases, the control group had 20 cases of high recovery effect, the low effect was in 16 cases, and the pain grade and psychological rehabilitation of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group before and after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in hospital stay between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological nursing measures in emergency patients with traumatic brain injury is obvious, which can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the clinical practice ability of medical workers, improve the quality of life of patients, after all, it is an effective means of care.
