摘 要：理工科硕士研究生的科技论文写作能力与水平对其学业的完成、综合能力的提升和未来的发展具有极其重要的地位,因此,迫切需要改变传统灌输式教学,构建“教师-教材-学生”、“讲授-测验-实践”、“问题-研讨-点评”等“三位一体”的互动教学模式.高校学报是地方高校重要的学术载体,对它的学科建设具有重要的协同作用,学报编辑参与科技论文写作课程的教学及改革,有助于新型教学模式的高效构建.通过培养研究生作者群和学报的良性互动,在大幅提高硕士研究生科技论文写作水平的同时,也可以提高学报办刊质量和拓展优秀稿源.本文以《江西科技师范大学学报》（理工版）和《化学科技论文写作》课程为例,详细阐述前者对后者教学改革的助推作用.

Abstract： The ability and level of graduate students studying disciplines of science and technology in scientific paper writing are with extremely important status for the completion of their studies, enhancement of their comprehensive capabilities and future development. Therefore, it is urgent to traner the traditional “duck-fed” to interactive “triune” teaching mode, that is, "teacher–textbook–student", "instruct–test–practice", "problem–discussion–comment". The university journal is an important academic carrier for a local university, and plays a synergistic effect for its discipline construction. The participation of editors in the reform of scientific paper writing course can help the efficient buiding of this novel teaching mode. By cultivating the graduate student author troop and constructing the positive interaction between them and the journal, it can not only significantly raise the writing level of the graduate students, but also can improve the journal’s quality and expand the good manuscript source. Taking the Journal of Jiangxi Science & Technology Normal University （Science and Technology） and the sientific paper witing course for graduate students of chemical subjects as the example, this paper represents the significant role in promoting the reform of the former to the later.

一、前言
科技論文写作是科学研究不可或缺的重要组成部分,是学术成果对外交流的主要途径,也是科研工作者参与学术活动的重要载体.对理工科研究生而言,在公开学术刊物发表学术论文不仅已成为绝大多数高校对他们参与评奖评优和申请学位答辩所设定的前提条件,也攸关他们的毕业出路.因此,科技论文写作课程的开设对于高等院校培养高素质具有创新能力的人才具有极其重要的意义.理工学科硕士研究生是普通高校（无博士点）科学研究的主要承担者,加强科技论文写作课程的建设,培养其良好的科技论文写作能力十分必要[1,2].
当前,普通高校理工科硕士研究生科技论文写作能力普遍不容乐观,这种情况其实在他们入学前就埋下伏笔.本科毕业论文多是东拼西凑,以通过学术不端检测为准,而商业化的检测已经使这方面变得异常容易,并不能真正督促学生认真对待毕业论文的写作,反而产生了极大的负面效应.对大多数普通高校而言,本科阶段基本上没有开设科技论文写作课程,大部分学生无法独立完成毕业论文和职场常用科技应用文体（如技术报告、项目申请书、合同、调研报告、专利申请书等）的写作,大学教育受到用人单位诟病,且导致学生进入研究生阶段后,普遍意识不到科技论文写作的重要性和迫切性,平时科技论文写作能力培养与训练也不足,以至于部分毕业生的研究生学位论文整体写作质量也差强人意.如何提升理工科研究生的书面表达和科技论文写作能力是当前研究生教育尤为迫切需要解决的重要方面.
本文以《江西科技师范大学学报》（理工版）和面向学校重点优势学科化学学科各专业开设的《化学科技论文写作》课程为例,基于构建“教师-教材-学生”、“讲授-测验-实践”、“问题-研讨-点评”等“三位一体”互动教学模式的需要,结合笔者自身的高校学报编辑工作,探讨高校学报作为一所高校的重要学术展示平台,对科技论文写作课程建设和教学改革的助推作用,详细阐述如何将二者有机结合起来,共同推动硕士研究生科技论文写作水平的提高及二者的协同发展.
