摘 要 以4份诺丽种质资源为试验材料,对果实的外观性状、主要营养成分和矿质元素等进行分析,并利用主成分分析法对参试诺丽种质的品质表现进行综合评价.结果表明:从外观性状看,yitc-N2果实最大,具有较好的商品价值;从营养品质分析可看出,诺丽果实中含有丰富的能量和水分,不同的诺丽种质能量、蛋白质、碳水化合物、总膳食纤维含量差异明显,能量、碳水化合物、总膳食纤维、灰分均以yitc-N3含量最高;诺丽中各种矿质元素含量由高至低依次为:K>Ca>Mg>P>Na>Fe>Mn>Zn,不同种质的矿质养分含量差异较大,除Fe、Na、Zn外,yitc-N3中其他几种矿质元素的含量均明显高于其他种质.主成分分析结果表明,yitc-N1、yitc-N2、yitc-N3和yitc-N4果实品质的综合评分分别为-0.86、-2.14、3.98和-1.03,说明yitc-N3的营养品质较好.

Citurifolia L. Germplasms

Abstract Based on 4 morinda germplasms as the experimental materials, with the method of analysis, the fruit was analyzed from the perspectives of exterior character, main nutrient content, mineral element and their quality performance were comprehensively evaluated based on principal component analysis. The results showed that the furit of Yitc-N2 was the largest judging from the appearance and with good commodity value. It could be seen from the analysis of nutritional quality that the fruit contained abundant energy and water. Different morinda germplasms showed significant differences in energy, protein, carbohydrate and total dietary fiber content. The fruit of Yitc-N3 had the maximum content of energy, carbohydrates, total dietary fiber and ash content. The order of mineral elements content from high level to low level was ranked as: K>Ca>Mg>P>Na>Fe>Mn>Zn. Different germplasms showed significant differences in mineral elements. Yitc-N3 had higher content than other germplasms in all mineral elements except Fe, Na and Zn. The results of principal component analysis indicated that comprehensive evaluation score of Yitc-N1, Yitc-N2, Yitc-N3 and Yitc-N4 was -0.86, -2.14, 3.98 and -1.03, respectively, which meant that the nutritional quality of Yitc-N3 fruit was the best.

諾丽(Morinda citrifolia L.)又称海巴戟、诺尼、萝梨、印桑椹、四季果,是一种热带常绿多年生灌木或小乔木,原产于南太平洋热带岛屿[1-3].属茜草科(Rubiaceae)巴戟天属(Morinda)植物,该属全世界约有80个种,主要分布在澳大利亚、菲律宾、柬埔寨、波利尼西亚、印度、*海等地区.中国有8个种,分布在海南岛、西沙群岛、台湾等地.该植物虽然种类不多,但营养成分丰富,具有较好的医疗保健功能和经济价值,早在2 000多年前诺丽就被波利尼西亚人用于治疗多种疾病,被人们誉为“千年圣果”[4-5].近年来,随着诺丽知名度的攀升和人们生活质量的提高,人们对食品和药品安全性要求越来越高,诺丽作为拥有医疗保健功效的天然食品其市场前景广阔.
