摘 要 目的：了解上海市杉达学院的护理本科学生对于《老年护理学》服务性学习课程模式的满意度及具体评价,为课程改革提供依据.方法：于2015年1月采用自行设计的课程满意度调查表对2012级的145名护理本科生进行调查,同时采用半结构式访谈法了解学生参和该项课程学习前后的心理体验.结果：88.0%的学生认同老年护理学的学习课程模式,认为这种学习模式和理论学习内容结合紧密,能够加深学生对课程内容的理解和掌握,有助于培养其自主学习能力和团队合作能力.结论：《老年护理学》学习课程模式能够改善传统的老年护理课程教学的不足,顺应了我国老龄化社会的护理发展需求.

Study on the satisfaction of the nursing undergraduates with the service learning curriculum mode of “geriatric nursing”

ABSTRACT Objective： To understand the satisfaction and specific evaluation of the service learning curriculum mode of“geriatric nursing” in the nursing undergraduate students in Shanda College of Shanghai to provide the basis for the curriculum reform in the future. Methods： In Jan. 2015, 145 nursing undergraduates of grade 2012 were investigated with the selfdesigned curriculum satisfaction questionnaire, and at the same time the semi-structured interview method was used to understand the psychological experience of students before and after the study. Results： 88.0% of the students agreed with the learning curriculum mode of geriatric nursing, considered that this learning mode was closely related to the content of theoretical study, could deepen the students’ understanding and mastery of the course content and helped to cultivate the ability of autonomous learning and team cooperation. Conclusion： The learning curriculum mode of “geriatric nursing” can improve the shortcomings of the traditional teaching of geriatric nursing courses and conforms to the needs of nursing development in the aging society of China.

我國老龄化形势严峻,人口老龄化带来的社会问题引发的各种矛盾日益突出,导致社会对老年专科护理的需求大大增加.现阶段护理专业本科生对于从事老年护理的职业认同感不高[1-2].因此,在老年护理学课程教学中强化培养学生为老年人群提供护理服务的情感态度、知识和技能显得尤为重要.
传统的以讲授为主的教学存在以下不足：一是不能很好地解决学生为老年人服务的情感态度问题；二是对于一些老年护理的基本技能训练不足,学生缺少实际应用机会；三是部分老年常见疾病的教学内容和前期成人护理学的内容有一定交叉重复,学生学习积极性不高,学习效果不理想.
服务性学习（service-learning,SL）起源于美国,目前已在多个国家和地区进行开展.课程中的服务性学习是指通过教育机构和社区等合作,构建由学习和提供服务的双重目标组成的课程,课程中,学生通过为目标人群提供服务,完成学习和服务目标,并且在服务过程中对所学知识进行积极反思[3-4].上海杉达学院护理系将服务性学习模式引入了老年护理课程教学中,现将学生对本课程的满意度及评价总结如下.
1 对象和方法
1.1 研究对象
于2015年1月选取上海杉达学院护理系2012级本科三年级全部学生共145人进行满意度调查和半结构式访谈.
