[摘 要] 目的 探討腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果.方法 方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的120例卵巢囊肿患者,按照不同治疗方法将其分成开腹组与腹腔镜组各60例,开腹组应用开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,腹腔镜组应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果.结果 腹腔镜组的手术时间（60.8±5.5）min明显短于开腹组（72.9±7.6）min,且术中出血量（74.6±13.7）mL明显少于开腹组（122.3±30.5）mL,对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；腹腔镜组的肛门排气时间与住院时间（1.3±0.6）、（4.8±1.2）d均明显短于开腹组（2.5±1.1）、（7.0±1.5）d,但治疗费用（5 056.1±315.9）元明显高于开腹组（4 120.5±334.6）元,对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；开腹组的并发症发生率与复发率分别为6.7%、3.3%,腹腔镜组的并发症发生率与复发率均为1.7%,腹腔镜组明显低于开腹组,对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果满意,值得应用.

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Sipping Technique in Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst sipping technique in treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods 120 cases of patients with ovarian cysts admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to different treatment methods, the open abdominal group were treated with open abdominal ovarian cyst sipping technique, while the laparoscope group were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst sipping technique, and the clinical effect after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount in the laparoscopic group were obviously less than those in the open abdominal group [（60.8±5.5）min, （74.6±13.7）mL vs （72.9±7.6）min, （122.3±30.5）mL], and the differences were statistically significant by comparison（P<0.05）, the anus exhaust time and length of stay in the laparoscopic group were obviously shorter than those in the open abdominal group[（1.3±0.6）,（4.8±1.2）d vs （2.5±1.1）,（7.0±1.5）d], but the treatment cost was obviously higher than that were obviously higher than that in the open abdominal group [（5 056.1±315.9 ）yuan vs（4 120.5±334.6）yuan], and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications and recurrence rate were obviously lower than those in the open abdominal group（6.7%,3.3% vs 1.7%, 1.7%）, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst sipping technique in treatment of patients with ovarian cysts is satisfactory, which is worth application.
