【摘 要】 目的 通过研究分析经平肝降压汤治疗高血压头痛的效果情况, 评价此种治疗方法在临床上的可行性, 以提升疾病的预后.方法 120例高血压头痛患者, 随机分为观察组和对比组, 每组
60例.对所有患者进行常规前期有效处理, 对比组采用一般降压方案进行治疗, 观察组在一般降压方案治疗的同时加入平肝降压汤进行治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平、头痛缓解程度及患者对治疗效果的满意度.结果 治疗后, 两组患者血压均低于本组治疗前, 且观察组低于对比组, 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.观察组患者头痛总缓解率为96.67%, 高于对比组的76.67%, 差异具有统计学意义（χ2=10.385, P<0.05）.观察组患者总满意度为91.67%, 高于对比组的66.67%, 差异具有统计学意义（χ2=11.368, P<0.05）.结论 在处理高血压头痛时, 最重要的是控制患者血压, 进而缓解疼痛, 对于其临床意义十分重大.在降压治疗的基础上加入平肝降压汤可以有效缓解患者的症状, 并且安全可靠.

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the effect of Pinggan Jiangya decoction in the treatment of hypertension and headache and evaluate its feasibility in clinic, so as to improve the prognosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension and headache were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. All patients received routinely effective pre-treatment, and the control group was treated with general antihypertension regimen, while the observation group was also treated with Pinggan Jiangya decoction. Comparison were made on blood pressure, headache remission degree before and after treatment and patients’ satiaction with the treatment effect between the two groups. Results After treatment, both groups had lower blood pressure than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The observation group had higher total headache remission rate as 96.67% than 76.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=10.385, P<0.05）. The observation group had higher total satisfaction as 91.67% than 66.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=11.368, P<0.05）. Conclusion During the treatment of hypertension and headache, the most important thing is to control the patient"s blood pressure and then relieve the pain, and it is of great significance to its clinical significance. On the basis of antihypertensive therapy, the decoction of Ping liver and depressor can effectively relieve the symptoms of the patients, and it is safe and reliable.

高血壓是目前比较常见的一种慢性病, 起病缓慢, 持续时间长, 以血压升高为主要表现[1].由于血压的影响, 长期发展, 经常会有头痛头晕等症状, 其中头痛给高血压患者造成了十分重要的影响, 严重影响着患者的生存质量[2].在社会不断进步发展的今天, 人们的健康意识越来越强, 对治疗效果的要求越来越高, 这对于医务人员来说, 无疑是一个相对严峻的挑战, 随之而来的要求就是需要在治疗的同时, 多观察、多研究, 在工作的过程中分析总结形成一种科学、严谨的方法, 旨在减少患者痛苦, 控制疾病的发展, 提升患者的预后质量.而应用平肝降压汤实现了理论中的所有设想, 实现了对患者头痛症状的有效缓解, 实现了患者血压的有效控制, 大大提升了患者的生活质量[2].为了研究此种方法在临床应用中的安全性, 特以本研究加以验证.现报告如下.
