[摘 要] 目的 探讨综合护理对糖尿病低血糖患者的影响. 方法 选择我院2014年2月～2016年2月收治的共40例糖尿病低血糖患者作为研究对象,使用随机分配的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组20例.对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施综合护理干预.比较两组的护理效果和护理满意度. 结果 随访期间,观察组低血糖复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经过护理干预后,观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 对糖尿病低血糖患者实施综合护理有显著的临床效果,可以提高患者的护理满意度,提高患者的生活质量.

Application effect of comprehensive nursing on diabetic patients with hypoglycemia

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing on diabetic patients with hypoglycemia. Methods 40 patients with diabetic hypoglycemia admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. We compared the nursing effects and nursing satiaction of the two groups. Results During the follow-up period, the recurrent rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P<0.05）. After nursing intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing for patients with diabetes hypoglycemia has a significant clinical effect, which can improve satisfaction and the quality of life of patients.

在糖尿病患者的治疗过程中,患者血糖在低于2.2 mmol/L时出现低血糖,症状表现为头晕、出汗、虚弱和焦躁[1].症状表现比较轻的患者应该通过进食等措施来改善症状,症状严重时可能会出现昏迷现象,要及时对患者进行抢救,如果治疗不及时会严重威胁患者的生命健康[2].所以,在对糖尿病患者治疗时,对糖尿病低血糖的护理干预是非常重要的.本文对我院收治的40例糖尿病低血糖患者的资料进行回顾性分析,探讨综合护理干预对于糖尿病低血糖患者的影响,现报道如下.
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择我院2014年2月～2016年2月收治的共40例糖尿病低血糖患者作为研究对象,所有患者经过检查均符合糖尿病低血糖的诊断标准,并将心肝肾功能存在障碍、认知功能存在障碍和精神方面有障碍的患者排除在外[3].本次研究经过相关*委员会的批准,且所有患者及其家属均知情并同意.使用随机分配的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组20例.观察组：男9例,女11例,年龄42～82岁,平均（61.8±3.5）岁,病程为1～15年,平均（8.9±1.2）年；小学以下学历5例,中学及中专学历9例,大专以上学历6例.对照组：男10例,女10例,年龄40～81岁,平均（60.5±3.4）岁,病程为1～16年,平均（8.6±1.3）年；小學以下学历6例,中学及中专学历7例,大专以上学历7例.两组患者在性别、年龄、病程、学历等一般资料方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,具有可比性.
