[摘 要] 目的 分析顱内动脉瘤围手术期患者在基础护理的同时增加科学合理的护理干预措施,观察治疗和护理的效果,分享护理体会,讨论提高治愈率和护理质量及患者满意度的有效方法. 方法 方便选择2015年1月—2017年3月神经外科接受手术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者60例,随机分为两组,观察组30例,对照组30例,在围手术期,给予对照组的患者进行常规护理,给予观察组的患者进行常规护理增加相应的护理干预措施,观察两组护理措施对颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期的影响,进行治愈率和满意度的对比.结果 对照组的30例患者中治愈20例,治愈率为66.67%,对照组患者对治疗和护理的满意度为80.00%,观察组的30例患者中治愈27例,治愈率为90.00%,观察组患者对治疗和护理的满意度为96.67%,两组治愈率对比差异有统计学意义（χ2等于4.811 8,P<0.05）；两组患者对治疗和护理的满意度对比观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.043 1,P<0.05）. 结论 颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期护理中,给予常规护理加上相应的护理干预措施,手术的成功率得到有效的提高,提高患者的治愈率,提高患者的满意度,患者的康复得到促进,患者围手术期的生活质量得到保障.

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the intervention of basic nursing as well as the scientific nursing of perioperative nursing care of intracranial aneurysm and to observe the effect of treatment and nursing, to share the care experience, to find an effective way to improve the curative rate and nursing quality and patients’ satisfaction. Methods 60 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent surgical treatment from January 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group （n等于30） and the control group （n等于30）. During the perioperative period, the patients in the control group were given routine care； and patients in the observation group were added the corresponding nursing interventions, the effect of nursing measures in the two groups on the perioperative period of patients with intracranial aneurysms were observed, and the cure rate and satisfaction were compared. Results The curative rate in the control group was 66.67% with 20 cases and the satisfaction degree with the treatment and nursing care was 80.00%, and those in the observation group were 90.00% （27 cases） and 96.67%, so the difference between the two groups in curative rate was significant （χ2等于4.811 8,P<0.05）, The observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference in the satisfaction rate was significant （χ2=4.043 1,P<0.05）. Conclusion As for the intraperitoneal surgery in patients with intracranial aneurysms, the routine care combined with the corresponding nursing intervention measures can improve the success rate of surgery, the curative rate, patients’ satisfaction and patients’ rehabilitation, and guarantee perioperative quality of life of the patients.
