【摘 要】目的：观察独活寄生汤联合揉膝推髌点穴法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法：选择X线分期为Ⅰ～Ⅲ期的膝骨关节炎患者104例（122膝）,随机分为治疗组51例（60膝）和对照组53例（62膝）.治疗组口服独活寄生汤,同时予揉膝推髌点穴法治疗,对照组口服氨基葡萄糖、通痹片治疗.2组均治疗2周.比较治疗前后膝关节运动功能评分及膝关节西安大略和麦克马斯特大学（WOMAC）骨关节炎指数的变化,观察各期患者的临床疗效.结果：2组共完成治疗95例（109膝）,其中治疗组47例（55膝）,对照组48例（54膝）.治疗后,治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ期及对照组Ⅰ～Ⅲ期膝关节运动功能评分均增加（P < 0.01或
P < 0.05）,且治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ期增加程度明显高于对照组同分期（P < 0.01）；2组Ⅰ～Ⅲ期WOMAC骨关节炎指数均降低（P < 0.01或P < 0.05）,且治疗组Ⅰ～Ⅲ期降低程度高于对照组同分期（P < 0.01或
P < 0.05）；治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ期优良率高于对照组同分期（P < 0.01或P < 0.05）；治疗组Ⅰ期总有效率高于对照组同分期（P < 0.05）.结论：独活寄生汤联合揉膝推髌点穴法能有效改善膝骨关节炎患者的关节运动功能,缓解关节疼痛,提高生活质量,尤其对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者较佳.

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Tang（独活寄生汤）combined with the method of kneading knee,pushing knee cap and pressing acupoints in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：One hundred and four cases（122 knees）of knee osteoarthritis at stageⅠ toⅢ were randomly divided into a treatment group（51 cases with 60 knees）and a control group（62 cases with 53 knees）.The treatment group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Tang combining the method of kneading knee,pushing knee cap and pressing acupoints,while the control group was treated with oral administration of glucosamine and Tongbi Pian（通痹片）.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks,comparing the knee joint motion function scores before and after the movement and the changes of the WOMAC osteoarthritis index and observing the clinical curative effect in patients at different stages.Results：Ninety five cases（109 knees）of the 2 groups were completed,of which 47 cases（55 knees）were from the treatment group and 48 cases（54 knees）were from the control group.After treatment,the knee joint motion function scores of the treatment group（stageⅠ toⅡ）and the control group（stageⅠtoⅢ）increased,and the treatment group（stageⅠtoⅡ）increased significantly faster than the control group at the same period（P < 0.01）.The WOMAC osteoarthritis index of the two groups（stageⅠtoⅢ）were decreased（P < 0.01
or P < 0.05）,and the treatment group（stageⅠtoⅢ）reduced faster than the control group of the same period（P < 0.01 or P < 0.05）,and the excellent and good rate of the treatment group（stageⅠtoⅡ）was higher than that of the control group at the same period（P < 0.01 or P < 0.05）.The total efficiency of the treatment group（stageⅠ）was higher than that of the control group at the same period（P < 0.05）.Conclusion：Duhuo Jisheng Tang combined with kneading knee,pushing knee cap and pressing acupoints can improve knee joint motion function of patients with knee osteoarthritis,alleviating joint pain and improving their life quality,especially for those at stageⅠandⅡ.
